Andy Justason

Andy Justason, Partner at Climb Growth Partners, has over 25 years of professional experience in engineering and management. He has worked in the Pulp and Paper industry and the Nuclear Power industry in various capacities including engineering, production, maintenance, research, management, and board of directors.He earned a master of engineering degree from UBC, a six-sigma black belt with Irving, a certificate in leadership from the Ivey School of Business at UWO, and certification to serve on the board of directors of a nuclear utility from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.Andy has been involved in the start-up community since becoming an angel investor in Radian6 in 2006. He has co-founded two small businesses and invested in five more. His interests lie in seeing successful start-ups scale into sustainable companies.


Mike Oliver

Mike Oliver, President of Climb Growth Partners, is an experienced senior executive with over 30 years of experience ranging from system engineering, project management, business development, sales and general management roles in the energy, engineering and military/aerospace industries.An electrical engineer, Mike also founded and grew three technology-based companies. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Information Technology Association of Nova Scotia (ITANS), Enterprise Fredericton, and two companies in NBIF’s portfolio.Mike also has been a part-time instructor for UNB's Technology Management Entrepreneurship program, focused on new venture creation and technology risk management and has completed executive training course on innovation, opportunity assessment and commercialization from Babson and MIT.

Marc is a seasoned senior manager and angel investor with over 25 years of experience spanning product
management, software development, and customer success.
• Skilled in organizational planning and execution, with a strong track record of delivering quality software products
to market.
• Results-driven leader with experience managing product and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in customer engagement, operational efficiency, and team development.
Marc has been an active contributor to the start-up ecosystem since investing in Radian6 in 2006. He has
bootstrapped a software company to seven-figure revenues, served on the board of a successful exit, and personally
invested in over 20 early-stage ventures.
